The room had good amenities and plenty of space for comfort, which made settling in a breeze. It’s nice to have the option to book breakfast just the night before, accommodating late travelers.
Internet was basically non-existent, frustrating to rely on personal data most of the time. The rooftop pool comes with a fee, which is unexpected and feels unfair, especially given its size. The hallways had noticeable humidity, resulting in condensation on doors that felt off-putting. Late checkout fees were excessively high for even a one-hour extension, making it hard to enjoy a relaxed departure.

Can't recommend highly enough for a quick trip
Spacious room, convenient location, perfectly situated just a 2-minute walk to the lively Kokusai street with plenty of restaurant options. A delightful buffet breakfast that stands out as one of the best we've ever had in Japan.
Liked everything.

8/10
Room was a tad tight for my family of four, but we made do. Location’s perfect, just a hop to the train station and Kokusai street. Kids loved the free juice and ice pops. Breakfast had some real good Japanese options. Just wished those dirty towels weren’t left everywhere on our floor.

The room was cozy for our family of four, but a little tight with all the beds. Clean sheets and a nice view of the street made up for it. They had a good breakfast spread, though it got a bit repetitive by day five. Also loved the free ice pops in the lobby, the kids appreciated that! Just wished they hadn’t left dirty towels around on our floor.

Huge rooms with modern amenities and a great buffet breakfast that made mornings special. The rooftop pool offers stunning views, but it's a bummer to pay for access. Location is perfect, just a quick stroll to vibrant shops and eateries.
The Wi-Fi could be spotty at times, which was a bit frustrating.

great service but breakfast could improve
The staff were extremely courteous and helpful with our last-minute reservations. We enjoyed the spaciousness of our room, which allowed for a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast had a large selection, offering various options, including wonderful avocado toast that made mornings enjoyable. The surrounding area was vibrant and convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining.
The breakfast menu became repetitive after a few days and could benefit from more variety.
